I'm sure you didn't look like an idiot at all, though I know how you feel, I used to walk out of counselling and wanted the ground to swallow me up when I thought about what I'd said about how I was feeling. I really hope it works for you. Hang in there because when you Find what works for you, be it counselling, medication or whatever it may be, you will get there its bloody awful being a worrier but with the right support you can get through those tough times.xx

Try destracting yourself with something . It always helps me.

Hi

Hi your councillor will understand. Congratulations on making the journey to see her. Try being in the now. Deep breaths and look at sky, trees anything to distract your symptoms of panic.

Xx

Gosh.i know the feeling. Then as soon as the car starts moving i feel better..start singing to ease the pain..along with tom petty cds the best..but man. Dont let me have to sit at a red lite long. My hands get sweaty my heart races and i fear blacking out and causing a traffic jam..dumb but cant help it. Been like this for a long time from time to time.
