Pressure in mouth

Anyone out there get a tightness/pressure inside the mouth, like the gums are really tense. I've had anxiety for years so this is a new one...

Do you find you clench or grind your teeth at all ?

Maybe you don't realize it but through anxiety you can tense your jaw this all gives you pain in this area & I have had it before & still get it now , like you say anxiety can always throw up another new symptom but if we can see it for what it is anxiety it will subside again
