Tingly sensations in chest and stomach

Hi this is a new one for me, last night I was sitting with my son watching TV and all of a sudden I has this very weird tingling all over the inside of my chest and stomach. At that moment it felt as if I couldn't breathe and I was a little panicky but nothing crazy like I'm going to die. Couldnt sleep the greatest, tossing and turning and kept getting woken up from a shortness of breath. I do have a start of a cold on top of all this. Does it sound anxiety related?

Having a cold will not help I find my anxiety plays up just before I get a cold...if u still feel bad go see your doc to have a chat about things... Try breathing in and count to 7 then breath out counting to 11 it will help your breathing try and relax and have a nice day x
