Hello, I have just joined and needed to talk to someone. For a while I have had health anxiety and I just wanted to know If anyone had similar symptoms and ways to relieve it. It feels like the ache in my left breast is under the breast and
Closer to my ribs. My left arm tingles and goes numb and shoulder and back pain when I'm extremely anxious. Sometimes it's
Under my left armpit and left breast. I also get sickness. Just some ideas on how to relax as sleeping at night is very hard. Thanks in advance

Yes I have those exact same symptoms plus many more, the only way I can relax is when I say 2 myself I'M fine it's just anxiety there's nothing wrong with me. Sometimes it helps. Glad u joined this is a awe
yup. Anxietys physical symptoms have a tendency to cycle. Back pain, chest pain, headaches, eye pain stomach problems, heart irregularities, you name it. However it never hurts to eliminate some anxiety about them. See a Dr. there are some conditions like Costochondritis that can cause sharp pains in the chest wall, its just a tissue inflammation. A rule of thumb is it you can press on something and make it hurt its probably not an internal organ. Never just assume though, try and see a clinition.
Hey welcome to the group ! It's an amazing support network I like you have health anxiety and have had all those symptoms . I feel when I get over one set of aymptoms another area is affected and then because I am concentrating and panicking about the sumptoms they get worse at the moment it's my digestive system .
Always get sumptoms checked by sr then you can mentally move on and when it comes back you know you got through it before ( keep a little journal) lots of luck x
