I'm 26yrs old an I have Gerd an high bp! I have been to the Er multiply times thinking I was having a heart attack, so I have had multiple ecg's an chest x-rays. I can only recall them doing blood work one time. The last time I went the doctor I was told that I had anxiety. I'm still having chest an pain in both arms at least every other day if not everyday. I get the tingling sensation in my hands. I also feel like I'm sweating but when I go to wipe the sweat away nothing is there. My skin feel very itchy an I get a prickly feeling at times, I'm just so tired of being in pain. I just keep thinking that I'm having a heart attack.

Ore scared than you already are hope your feeling bettersoon
I honestly know how you feel. I have had anxiety since I was 14 years old, 18 years old now. And I have went through a series of symptoms that felt like I was having a heart attack. I have felt the numbness and tingling going down my left arm the pain going up my left jaw, my neck, my back everything. I am now starting to experience my grants for my really bad anxiety disorder. I have myself went to the ER many times trying to figure out what's wrong with me. I have fed ECGs done, x-rays, CAT scans, and bloodwork. I have had the blood work done each time I went though and nothing serious came up exceptonce when I thought I had a blood clot in my lungs but supposedly it was an error. To this day I still feel the symptoms as if I was having a heart attack. So, I know how you feel. The pain and worry thinking that you're going to have something serious happened to you within an instant. But in reality it's just anxiety.
I feel these pains almost every day and I feel like the doctor doesn't do nothing about it. But in reality we have to do something about it.
Just continue on posting and we are glad to help you, especially me. I hate seeing people as young as we are having all these problems.
Best of luck.
Sami.
Great post from Sami.
I feel anxiety in different ways. Not so much that I am having a heart attack etc but that I am tingling all over especially in my head and sometimes that I feel like vomiting.
It is tough but I know where it comes from and I just try to breathe through it.
This is me all over wish I could take my own advice tho !!!x
All I can say is if you have been tested they would find it, they dont miss it. Ive had ekg, cardiac score test , heart cat scans, echocardiogram, x rays, blood work, holter monitor, king of heart monitor, they only thing they havent done is cut it out , dice it up and feed it to the cat.
Anxiety is a terrible thing, at 56 it still is. It didnt help my dad had a heart attack at age 52 ( when my "heart" problems started) and passed at 69. They really can tell when you have heart problems. Face your fears, accept them. Fear is a cycle fed by itself.
