Anyone else..

I was just laying in bed then I noticed my heart beating it felt like it's skipping beats and I'm catching my breathe I wanna call an ambulance beacuse I'm scared but my mums like nothing is wrong with you I feel like I'm dying I'm on 80mg propanolol and 45mg mirtizapine , can I die from my heart skipping beats. Then sometimes it feels like it beats To slow then I panic. Also I keep getting this choking feel like my airways are going to close up and constantly coughing beacuse feel like there's something in my throat can someone reply to me and let me know if they get any of this and am I going to die

I have that happen to me quite often, & as I have a family history of heart disease, & I had several tests, including a stress treadmill test, & an ecocardiogram. They all checked out ok.

I had them too not nice but mine were anxiety it is a symptom and unpleasant. It will go when your body calms down. Keep checking with Dr.

I have them as well I hate them it scares me but when u do get them just try and calm down
