This morning I woke up anxious. I got up, showered and went to the ER. I told them that my head and throat has been hurting for 3 days now and I keep having heart palpitations. Well, ny vitals were good, they took blood labs 2x (4 hours apart), two separate EKG screenings and a chest Xray. EVERYTHING came back normal BUT I still feel like I'm dying. I feel depressed and my throat is still hurting. I don't understand why I have to suffer like this. What do you guys think?

You did well going to get everything checked. Sounds like typical anxiety to me but you must try and get the correct medical support. I have been where you are it can and does get better but you will have to be patient it takes time. Anxiety manifests itself in different guises. Hope the hospital gave you good advice.
