Well not a bad day at work a little panic while driving but nothing crazy but now im home and getting chest pain and jumping pains all over my body these pains will come for a few seconds then move weird its enough to drive me nutz

You have said you know you have health anxiety & this is how it affects us

If you look at what you have written the answers are there

While your mind was occupied at work you felt fine because the anxiety had been pushed to one side & you were ignoring it but as soon as you got home then it followed you & reminded you that you had forgot to pay it attention & so the pains come on

The more attention we give these fears the more they escalate , try telling yourself when it happens you know what it is which is Anxiety & as unpleasant as it feels it won't harm you
