I don't know why I've been feeling

Lightheaded lately could this be my anxiety.?

It could be. When my anxiety gets bad my breathing gets short - fight or flight response. Try slowing your breathing down - count for 4 seconds as you breathe in and 6 seconds when you breathe out. Will feel weird at first if you are hyperventilating. Also try breathing from your diaphragm/Stomach than shallow breathing from your chest. If you're really worried do speak to your doctor :)

Yes for sure. I get it all the time and its not nice at all. Its all linked to the anxiety x But on a plus note, I have been awful to the point of not going out due to this but can honestly say I have turned a wee corner. It s been a long process but to face the dreaded fear slowly has helped.
