Ugh :( anxiety or more?

Just when I was relaxing and just hanging out I had a sudden really strong weakness in my left arm im okay now its been over an hour but im worried to go to sleep does anyone know or have ever had this problem I didnt call emts cause I cant I dont want to bug for no reason if ill be okay :(

Hi lulu , it's Binkynoo , why our bodies do this to us well our minds we do over think , it's hard not to when we do noyhing & suddenly it happens, I just give my arm a run or move about , I'm suffering a bit of neck ache at min must be tension anxiety , but up drinking chamomile tea hope to relax to get some shut eye ;-( have a good day big hugs Binkynoo.xx
