I'm 24 male and have bad bad anxiety and panic attacks but the last 3 weeks has been the worst started having the head pressure and non stop dizziness constant morning to night I was wondering if any one could tell me how long the dizziness and head pressure can last at one time thanks for reading

Hi,I've head pressure and dizziness and lightheadedness,it can last for a while.Have you been to see your doctor,I would recommend that you go and have a checkup to put your mind at rest x

Yes have been twice had blood work done and cat scans all was fine they said anxiety was the cause of the pressure and dizziness also make me weak and very tierd feeling but didn't say how long the feelings could last
