I get that a lot, try and get up slowly and sit there for a minute and just try and relax.

Don't know have you been to the doctors, about it, I think mine is anxiety . Or I have read somewhere, that blood pressure can drop sometimes when you get up I try and have a drink or a biscuit, as my anxiety drains me. Hope you get it sorted. Yes you might need iron. The doctor can do a blood test, or you could buy some.

In hot weather your blood is thinner and if you jump up suddenly you can go woozy for a couple of seconds.
