I constantly get feeling like I'm dizzy and disorientated ... almost like I'm drunk. Everything feels out of focus and almost in dream state . I'm terrified I've got something wrong with me . Surely this can't just be anxiety ???

I get the very same feeling, and that is how I know when an anxiety attack is coming on. It makes me drop whatever I am doing because I am too focused on the sensation of it all. I really hate it, it's starting to really effect my life.
