Like I'm tired all of the time, due to anxiety disorder, I've got so much better lately, getting out more, back to bodybuilding hitting heavier weights than before, but of a night I still get palpitations, caffeine didn't effect me before I had anxiety but now I have generalised anxiety disorder one cup of green tea sets it off!

Hi
Yes , I say when I have been feeling anxious it feels like I have run a marathon I am so exhausted
Anxiety pumps so much adrenaline around our bodies when we are in an anxious state more maybe than when you are body building ( as a women I have never tried it though ) but it does leave you feeling so tired
Make sure when you have worked out you are giving yourself a chance to relax & not working out to much , get plenty of rest when you can & most of all when you feel like this try not to fear it as the more we do the more anxious we feel & the more tired we will get
Hi,I feel tired during this time due by stress and changing season. If I feel tired especially when I am reading, I take a break , go for a walk , even taking a nap when it is possible or stop doing what it was tyreding for me
