Weird sensations in head

Does anyone else just feel weird in their head

Lightheadedness

Faint feeling

Weird jolts of lightheadedness

Strange numbness in head

Completely off balance when walking after an attack

I get all of these pretty much all day long even when u think I'm not anxious

I get it alot random days its just anxiety yes
