Read so much about fear on here. I fully realize what it is like and how when you are not in a good place it seams very very real.
Now the truth
Dont give it power......it is an emotion.......that your body physically reacts too.........yes,frightening but nevertheless a physical reaction to an negative emotion.
It is a visitor, and will pass just as a visitor leaves.....GBX
Intrusive thoughts and fear of almost everything.
Fear of fainting/passing out anxiety
Fear of Death brought from Anxiety Disorder
Tired of fear ruling my life and shrinking it.
