Hi allunyamind 123 I must be cheeky here and just say as Donver plus the urgency to remove myself from the situation.

Hi Graciesgrandma

I am like you & get or have had all the symptoms that are listed & more , but again like you if I am feeling anxious I feel I just want to get away from the situation that is making me feel anxious , that was a good point that I would't have thought of listing if you had not mentioned it :-)

Thank you whywhy I am in a bit of a pickle now though. This is exactly why I don't always reply because there is always some one who can take what you put the wrong way around :o(

Hi

Don't get in a pickle , I have done lots of replies that have been took the wrong way , I like you just explain as it is so easy when we are typing for it can be misunderstood , but please don't let it put you of you made a valid point & something that I feel with my anxiety & had you not commented I would have never of thought of writing it down as a symptom :-)

Basically, worrying about possible illnesses and constantly checking for symptoms. Every little pain or feeling is a worry.

Hi Graciesgrandma,

Good point, I just want to escape the situation, I stay with it for awhile, but the consequences are the feelings I dislike, tense, nervous, nauseau, sleepless nights to name a few.xx

This is the bit that some people just don't get though. Thank you ecinue I was dreading reading the replies after Donver mistook my reply.

Hi can i say that i was confused at your reply as it was not clear to me. I did not think of you reply in a bad way but it was easy to be upset with anxiety as its so easy to jump to conclusions which i dont i can assure you. Dont worry about it and keep on posting people often read things wrong its only human, its harder when the conversation is typed as you cannot express yourself the way you would in person x BUt it was not taken as offence as i dont not offend :) i hope lol x Donver

Hi Donver I think that there is a crossed wire here as I have Agoraphobia so the urgency in removing myself from the situation is in the literal term of getting out of a shop or wherever the anxiety has happened.

Hi,

In my case is light headed 24/7 ( cloudy feeling),lack of air/short of breath and tie abdominal muscles. Now, I'm still not clear this is all anxiety but I do know the tie abdominal muscles is stress, and to me it appear the lack of air/hard breathing is anxiety. Now, not clear the light headed is all anxiety but when you have lack of air then this could follow- Will have some labs done this Monday checking my Vitamin D, B12,Magnesium....Have done every medical test you can do and it appear to be normal.

I feel like my blood has turned ice cold in my arms legs n chest.... anxiety and panic attacks can have a endless list of physical symptoms hence why I and a lot of others are convinced that when I'm having one I must be dying . It Rly does help to learn why we get these symptoms and CBT is really good for that. What ever you do don't make my mistake Don't Google your symptoms it will only make things 10 times worse xx
