Feeling so low been crying all night im so tired don't know how many more sleepless nights i can take

Good morning, what is keeping you awake? Worrying/anxiety? What about trying some Kalms before bed or some relaxing techniques? I suffer with anxiety a lot but thankfully for me it doesn't effect my sleep at all I have others doing that! Toddle and a noisy neighbour! Lots of positive love being sent xxxxx

Hey there. Just wanted to say you are not alone with this. I too went through this, crying everyday so hard felt like my chest was exploding. It does get easier just need to try and stop thinking about your life worries and getting over things. Just take one day at a time, go to GP and tell them. I know antidepressents are not for everyone and I don't like them but I take Sertraline 100mg and after initial nausea and feeling worse they seem to be working. Try magnesium tablets too from Holland&Barratt. Also keep busy to tire you out , walks exercise etc so you can sleep. If you dont want prescribed meds try St John Wort herbal remedy. I have tried allsorts and still struggle with anxiety but depression is not as bad still feel down but not depression. I gave up my job in my confused state biggest mistake I made as it was good job but now need to look up and keel going. And that is what to do keep taking one day at a time and try herbal remedies or GP meds. Good luck hun hugs Emma aka Wildmage

So glad ur feeling better hon. Not having enough sleep is enough in itself to make you miserable and unable to cope. Keep snatching moments when you can. I rarely get a good nights sleep but every few days I manage to top up with naps. Good luck!
