Hi there my health anxiety is at an all time high at the moment has or does anyone else suffer with a really sore dry mouth and tongue .

The ent doctor thinks it's accidentally related my brain thinks it's cancer every pain I get I think it's cancer I don't sleep properly and that just makes the situation worse does anyone have any tips on how to calm down many thanks .

I can sympathise as I'm much the same. Every pain is a big worry when you have health anxiety.

I don't have any tips I'm afraid - I wish I did and then I wouldn't be in this worrying state!

When you suffer from anxiety we are always thinking the worse. ..Please see a real dr. And you are not alone if you need to talk I'm here...I'm going through anxiety my self almost 24 hr a day...clonacepam is helping me calm down. .and they just put me in prozac..today will be my 2nd day w the medicine
