Hi there, I have a related problem , my daughter's booked a holiday abroad with friends in August and Im absolutely terrified , the possible disaster situations seem limitless, and if something happens I'll be too far away to help , seriously thinking of booking holiday there too don't think I'll be able to stand the worrying, sorry I'm not being much help here just so anxious about this though I should be proud she's doing so much there's still times she can't cope , what do your parents think xx

Steve, I think the best thing for my state of mind is stay in the UK

Hi

I think if it was me I would try a holiday nearer home first which is maybe not what you want to hear but again I am looking at it from a parents point of view

Go with your gut feeling maybe , I always find we may want to do something but there is that little niggle that says no that we can sometimes ignore

Again have a word with your parents , they will know you the best & I am sure will help guide you in making the right decision

Love

I have spoke to the boys in question and we have agreed to have a holiday closer to home so it is familiar to me and when I am in the UK I really don't suffer with Anxiety and Panic attacks where as if we were abroad, the panic attacks would be more regular and thanks for the advice people
