It's driving me mad

Feel like something bad is gonna happen(impending doom) it's doing my head in, and I feel like I'm living dream at the minute I think it's all anxiety.

yes i have that feeling even when i'm not in an attack. feeling that i'm going to die. i honestly think its just our minds and fears trying to take control and its a symtom of panic disorder.

Your definitely not alone! I feel the same way a lot of times. I feel that it literally suffering for a person to wonder or feel like their going to die in the next few minutes. I've even wrote out will before because of it. I believe that some of my triggers are hearing the world death or hearing of some type of peril event in the world. Try to see what your trigger points are and that will help you alot!
