Hello. I find that sometimes you have to make a little room for the uncomfortable feelings and let them pass. Ignoring them will only suppress them, but allowing yourself to analyze them and move on can be helpful. I do this sometimes when a negative feeling comes on, I make room for it and then let it go. I hope you feel better soon.
