Panicking again

Haven't been on in a while, because I guess I've been felling a lot better with my anxiety. Well tonight I'm kind of in a panic...feeling like my throat is a smidge swollen, and I'm laughing cause it feels kind of hard to breathe normal. Its really hot today so maybe that's why its swollen but I can't help but panc but I'm sure its making it worse. I'm trying to stay calm but I'm a little scared..my allergies have been really bad lately so maybe its just allergies...I really hate this anxiety and panic
