Is it possible to have a subconscious flashback whenever you walk into a room because just after Christmas, I suffered a severe panic attack and every time I am in the room, I have flashbacks to that day and time and ever time I in the room, I start getting chest pains and shortness of breath

Oh yes and then you try to avoid the area right?

Well at least I do.

I just think that something here set me off the first time what if it happens again?

You get the flashbacks and you start panicking.

We are human we will have difficulty dealing with these things and that's when we make baby steps and try to face those locations head on and not look back.
