Anyone been feeling pin pricks all over body?

It started with buzzing in my feet and legs so gone to pin prick sensation all over my body its been happening for just under two week constantly and its doing my head in, can this be another anxiety symptom or something else? I cannot find much about it except ms or a tumour.

You should go and see your Doctor as it can be a number of things like diabetes, trapped nerves, slipped disc as well as MS or even vitamin deficiency
