I have had so many symtoms that past four months ..
Constant dizziness 24/7
Shortness of breathe
Weird thoughts
Headaches
Always moving ( can't seem to relax )
Feeling out of it
Spaced out
Numb hands / arms
Weak legs
Rapid heartbeat
I have been feeling this way every day since December
... I was wondering if this can also make you feel tired all the time.... All I want to do is sleep... I can't walk because of the dizziness... And I just don't know what to do anymore and also I just feel so distant from everything..., I want to be happy again... I just can't Believe anxiety can cause this. Can anyone assure me this is anxiety ?? And will I forever feel this way?

Anxiety can cause these symptoms its horrible ive had it for as long as i can remember.
If your concerned get the doctor to check it out then with peace of mind you can treat it as anxiety, you need to know it cant hurt you take your mind off it and do things you enjoy take a walk or drawing, listening to music, exercise is good, strangely thinking about anxiety symptoms makes it worse its a circle that you keep going round, easier said than done i know, talk about it with someone you trust it gets easier
From what I have been reading about anxiety and the symptoms, it sounds like anxiety. I'm with PinkCookie on getting checked out with your doctor. Good luck.

Hi I've been exactly the same way as your describing . I'm housebound because of it all that's nearly 2yr now. Short breath severe dizziness , shakes . Weak heart palpitations it's a nightmare your not alone
Hi Isamar. Anxiety is a horrible thing. Some people just think it's a little 'over worrying' and we should just deal with it. They have absolutely no idea what we go through day in day out. There are often so many other symptoms than just a fast heart rate and sweaty palms! Chat to your doctor. Thinking of you.
Hi Isamar, Anxiety is horrible and a lot of us are effected by it, hence being on here! It really helps talking to people about your symptoms and releasing. I had really bad anxiety a year ago and it lasted for around a month, I saw my GP, a therapist, and spoke to family and friends constantly.
Believe me it does pick up! I still have my ups and downs and some weeks (this week) are worse than others but one day believe me, you just see a light and work out how to get through it. It is much easier said than done, I know!!
I am sat at my desk at work and feel terrible, didn't sleep well last night due to anxiety and today keep thinking I am going to have heart attack due to stress!!
Also the symptoms you list, I have had all of them at somepoint or another and some I am having at the moment, so don't be afraid, panic/anxiety can't hurt you!
See your GP if you are worried and we are all here to talk to and help.
Hi ,I've had anxiety for a very long time now and have good times and bad times .the effects it can have on your body are quite remarkable to the extent that I have had everything from aids to a brain tumour to blood clots to,well you name it I've had it or so my brain lets me think I do. I can usually cope well but have a phobia of general anaesthetic,so I think this is why my mind plays on my worst fears. Counselling and a stress management course will explain how your body works to produce all these symptoms,I'm glad I went on it though it was over 20 years ago now but still can use the techniques I was taught
Hi,reading your post is like I could've written it myself the disbelief that it could be anxiety I think has made it escalate ,after 8 months I've decided to go on medication, they gave me venafslexine but I changed it and started sertraline today, hope you feel better soon x
