My test came back negative my mind is eased but why am I coming up with so many senerios thinking that something isn't right? That the test were wrong

Hi

This is the 3rd test you have had now , there is no way you have what you think the tests will not be wrong , even if you could doubt one three would be impossible but your anxiety is telling you this & that's what it does

Maybe if you are struggling going back & seeing your GP & asking for more help could be a good idea :-)

I've been off my meds for about 3 months so maybe that's what making me feel like this.

Have you thought about seeing your GP ?

I don't know how you feel about it but maybe taking meds again even if for a short while might help
