  • Hi darkangel, wow this has hit a nerve, this is me! I've always had a lack of self esteem but never realised this is why I do these things! I've always thought I was controlling but this brings a new approach to the subject thank you for posting. I hope you feel a little better today.

  • Yes I do feel a little better today as I am now understanding a lot more about how self esteem effects our thoughts and mood which also effects our behaviours; shouting, swearing and even crying. Glad I helped in some way. darkangel xx
