can not sleep again

my sleeping is ridiculos allways is when im not working my mind races and i have been feeling

unwell for a while sick of going to doctors and not gettin anywhere and wont give me any tablets as i am

not a danger i would love just one decent night sleep

Well, I don't believe I am a danger either but I do take ad's.

It's a horrible feeling not being able to relax your mind and thoughts are all over the place.

Have you tried any Kalms or anything like that from the chemist if the GP won't help you out.

I have also used Sleep Rescue remedy which does still your thoughts and calm your mind down.

BUT, I would be back to the doctors and tell him exactly what you have written on this post. All the best, Julie xx

I hope by now you're in the land of nod!! I wake this time most mornings but some times I can't sleep at all and it wears me down. Have you tried anything herbal such as kalms sleep? I can even have two paracetamol and a warm drink after a hot bath and it'll work, I try anything but sometimes I just can't sleep and I chat on this site which has helped cos there's usually someone else not sleeping too!!

Jigga1983, I can truly relate. My mind race all night, it's an awful feeling. My father-in-law google information about insomnia, natural remedies may help, honey is suppose to work as good as a sedative. Try that and see if it help, I just received the news today, I'm gonna try it, if it work for me, I'll let you know.
