hi perry, o/h was very anxious at breakfast today , said didn't want to let anyone down by having a panic attack while all the family was there, but she braved the fear and was a star on the day , I am so so proud of her. hope you all had a lovely calm & peaceful xmas day. xxx

Hi jasper it's good that she's got support from you I don't with my husband he gets really annoyed with me if I get anxious x

hi perrytan, that is such a shame that hubby does not support you when you are anxious, have you talked to him about how bad you feel when you have these attacks ? it certainly isn"t going to help you get thru these episodes when hubby gets annoyed, sounds very selfish of him .hope you can turn him round. xxx

Hi jasper I've told him loads of times how it effects me but he dosnt get it I don't think he will ever understand sometimes he makes things worse x

I had a nice calm day all in all, had a little bit of anxiety but was short lived I am glad to say.
