Hiya Hun..... I delted this account cos I thought we had to that when we over to the other site??

Anyway My laptop is broken ( I dropped it) so havent been going on really, no other reason but Im using my brothers today and Ive taken my laptop to get mended and should have it back this week

Ive been stupidly busy decorating our house for the last four weeks so done nothing else and its taking its toll now!!

So chill time ............ so glad youre an administrator, it all got a bit daft again didnt it,, anyway we wont go into that but Im glad youre here!!

I havent had much contact with my son...... its so hard knowing how to play it.......... we had a bit of contact in Nov when it was my birthday and his, I sent him a card and not entirely sure he got it.... Ive text a message asking how he is and got no reply, then text saying id psted his xmas card and would trasfer some xmas money and he replied, so I feel a bit angry that he can reply when hes getting something!! but i tell myself a few months ago I would have been grateful just to be able to send a card... hard eh??

Anyway enough of me, how was the gig??? Im sure it was fab!!

Yes things did get a little all over but everything is back to normal except the technical blip which like I said should be sorted soon

Well no matter what age they are they mostly respond when they hear the word money , cant say that's unusual !

Oh I did a post somewhere on here about the concert , I cant believe I made it there for a start but I did

Was fantastic , I came away more besotted than before I went even though I didn't think that was possible

Family seem to be their normal selves what ever that is

I have been getting a bit stressed with Christmas but think I have got it sorted now , I just don't like the extras you have to do !

I decided after been on the waiting list for 10 months to phone & see how much longer it would be as they said a year to see a psychologist to be told it now could be up to 2 years now ! so that didn't make me feel all that brilliant

Are you still seeing someone & on your meds ?

I had my appoint for Cbt two weeks ago but still waiting for follow up appoint,, I see a lady from mind but haven't seen her for a few weeks so will ring her tomorrow!! Still on meds too... Strangely cos I've been flat out decorating,, I felt ok n then thought I should be back at work.... Do put pressure on myself n feel the downer and panic coming back.... So back to taking it easy?? Christmas is hard too isn't it?? Xx

You are not on your own putting to much pressure on yourself , I am very bad at doing the same , I need to remind & be reminded often about doing this & its good when we can recognize we are & pull back a bit again , so slow down now & take a break
