Hi Milo, I was just doing some shopping and just had something to eat (treated myself to some lovely pistachio Italian desserts) yummyy

weather in Croydon still the same, not raining today thx God but cold and gloomy!!!

watching TV now but have some washing/cleaning to do and I am not bothered

All good here - weather good and really helps with my mood. Been swimming with the romper stomper toddler this morning and we have been gardening in the afternoon (bloomin' weeds everywhere!). Glad to hear you both well. x

Hi milo nice to hear you sounding better. Sunshine great here too. On allotment the other day planting beetroot. went to meet friends yesterday, but had to leave early because of anxiety. Hoping it's just the coming off valium. CBT waiting list months, so have decided to pay.
