I woke up, head was too crowded..

Evening, (for me it's 3:30am)

I had a cup of my calming tea with valerian.. It made me drowsy so I fell asleep quite early actually, 8:30pm. Woke up 20 mins ago because my head was crowded & i guess i wasn't feeling that tired..

I was having a weird dream, but it wasnt really a nightmare.. Just weird haha so i tried to go back to sleep but my brain had other plans LOL

So i got worked up & stood up & left the room to get a glass of water ( i was feeling a little off )

I felt kind of choke-y.. Like a lump in my throat.

I feel better now 'cause i calmed myself down & am layin' arcoss the sofa.. I'm tired! And will try going back to bed very soon:)

My xmas tree is beautiful!! Can't wait till the family gets here to celebrate :)

Maybe i will feel a lot better when they're all around me, i like when people are around me :)

I heard about nelson mandela.. Shame :\

Anyways,

Hope all is well.. *trying to be more positive* :)

Hi Vic, I find when I first wake up my heads immediately buzzing with all the things I'm doing that day as eell as what happened the day before it's like my minds trying to find as many things as possible to worry about, what I try and do is say whoa hold on let me wake up first, have a coffee and fag :D then will think about things one at a time :)

Yah. I dont have coffee anymore cause it bothers my anxiety :/

Hey Vic

I find writing things down helps to empty the mind.

So before going to bed, write down everything that's in your head. Keep the notepad and pen by your bed so if you do wake early , you have it to hand. Good luck babes xxx
