Panicking

Woke with asthma prob allday ,had to leave church early got scared ,still no better,just wondering if it is asthma or anxiety ad inhalers not working ,waiting for the doctor to call

Sorry you are panicking

I no when we suffer with Asthma it can feel like we are not getting are breath at the same time as anxiety can make us feel this way & if we combine Asthma & anxiety together I can understand you not knowing which one it is

I am glad you have phoned the doctor & hope they phone back soon , let us no what they say

Il have to wait a while but they will send someone out to see me,it's weird bev ,my chest is tight and feel I can't breathe,yet my peak flow and sats r grt,iv been to the front door just to get ome air,upset at having to leave my beloved church earl today

If your sats & peak flow are good , it sounds like more of an anxiety attack you could be having

They will understand at church & there is next week

I no its upsetting as you like going , but you got there for a short while & the way you felt when you woke up that takes some strength , so well done

It takes a lot for me not to go to church,felt chest tightness but did my inhalers and went,it's easing off a little now ,but il see wat the doc says ,ther very busy today I was told,
