I feel anxious today woke up twice in the night managed not to panic though! My grandson coming down today so I panic coz I know he will be going home again. My son is going for a ride to get him so I will panic again till he gets home . On the plus side I'm going out for the day think all the pressure is getting to me now. Bye for now see you all later

I think that letter you got yesterday might have contributed to how you are feeling , I no when I get something that needs dealing with it can make me feel this way

Hopefully when you get to speak to someone tomorrow it will help & you wont feel so anxious
