The G.p. Still not that good with my balance at the moment. My anxiety is bad as well. Any tips from anyone who suffered vertigo before will be appreciated. Hope you are all having a good day.

I don't think I've got vertigo but i have a balance problem then i go spinny its very frightening to me. I've had the tilt table test and a balance test put proved to be ok except my blood pressure dipped quite low.

have you been to the doctor and described what you go through cos it may just be a simple middle ear problem which can be sorted, may be lodged wax.

I hope as the day goes on you start to feel better. little hug x

Will see my doctor tomorrow, that's when I will explain everything. My ear was ringing for a fee days before the attack.

Am also taking serc and it has helped so far, but am not steady on my feet when walking, which I suppose will go in time. Hope u feel better soon.

hi Joanna, my son had exactly the same problem quite a few years ago now, had to go to hospital where a specialist found the problem, he held a pencil in front of his eyes and asked him to follow it , he just fell straight over, it was vertigo, gave him some blue medicine ( unable to remember the name ) within 2 days he was right as rain, could also be a inner ear infection as well, hope you get sorted tomorrow. take care.
