I have just ordered some of this herb. I read it is very good for reducing anxiety, as well as lots of other positive side-effects. Is anyone taking this right now? What are your thoughts on it, and what dosage are you taking? Thanks.

Yes, I did. I have stop using it. However, if I get very stressed or I a good night sleep it works. It will definitely give you some bizare dreams, however. Sorry, for the late reply. I just saw this.
