Hello, I joined this forum AGES ago......almost like years or something.,........never posted tho, I guess I just left it till I 'needed it' maybe ?? always get emails very rarely read them......until today lol Desperately want to give up the ghastly world of facebook or mindf**k as I think is more apt as I find it drags me down more than helps, 97% on there are total fake twozengers & i'm not clever enuf to figure out which is which & seem to be constantly hurt so STUFF IT...... have I deleted it yet........ errrm NO! lol I did try for a week....... but it sucked me back in like it does though I DID scale down my friends list hugely - not that it was huge anyway. But excuse my rambling just wanted to say hi, to you all

Look forward to getting to no you more , always someone to chat to about how you feel & whats going on as well as good advise & support

We even have a little laugh when we feel up to it , which we do often , & it can help & show us that even when we feel low & anxious we havnt lost our sense of humor , which has kept me going through the years

oh the dreaded facebook eh! i WILL NOT look at his profile again...oops too late! All the people i went to school with who have managed to produce lovely children or have a fantastic career...or both! And they all seem to just be breezing thru life with no problems. We know its an edited version of folks lives showing only the highlight but its small comfort is it. Its a double edged sword tho, for all its faults it makes me feel like im part of life (im very socially isolated) so thats why i keep it. Right all this facebook chat has made me want to go back on it!!

Its so true tho! everyone has perfect lives except us! dammit! We really cant live with or without it it actually DOES suck us in never to be freed again I swear! grrrr well imam gonna quit the sh*t if its the last thing I do............ there IS a lot of good on facebook (just writing the word makes me want to growl!) but so so so much bad, fake, ugly & dangerous too, I truly don't think its a healthy place to be & then you think 'I know i'll keep my friends list really small'...... then what happens its a s boring as hell!!!!!!!!! cant win! ah well..... onwards & upwards...... Lets NEVER mention facebook again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
