I was thinking of keeping a record for one day of my symptoms and seeing how they changed during the day. What does everyone else think

Good idea.

I do it in my head and sometimes when the symptom comes up again I try and say to myself 'oh that one again - it went last time so it'll go again' to try and stop myself worrying and Googling.

I find I have about five recurring illness worries while others may only pop up once or twice.

This is a very good idea. I've set up a spreadsheet to record various things hourly, including pain and mood.

Hey Holly

I think recording feelings would be as important too!!

Hope youre ok and managed the no googling for a bit??

xx

I write a journal about how I feel, what I feel and has happen during the day. It's very handy as you can look back and not worry to much. X

No googling
