sore head sore neck. Breathlessness. Body tightenings. Off balance. Dizzy. Woozy. Full ear. I feel faraway. I've been a good person all my life. I've looked after myself. I don't know y I deserve this. I know alot of ppl r worse off in the world. But I cant cope. Day after day x

Hey I have suffered with anxiety since I had a brain hemerage I usually have just mild ones were I feel I'm not breathing what last afew mins and then I'm ok but at the weekend I had a bad one and then since then I have felt light headed dizzy and sickly and feel on edge today both my arms feel like jelly
