Hello
I am glad you are feeling OK & well done with all you are doing , I do admire you
Well as for your hip & leg , I got up this morning & me knee hurt , dont no why , I am sure I didnt sleep knelt all night , but I have learnt to say , Oh well it will go , it will be all or nothing & it feels better than what it did now
Sometimes as well , we can pull ourselves & not realize at the time till the pain comes on
I was putting just a simple pillow case on , a few months ago & later my shoulder was in agony , ended up going to the GP , they asked what I had been doing & I said well i had only put a pillow case on before the pain started & they explained you just have to move slightly the wrong way & you can pull something , so its so easy & then we get pain
You walk a lot as well , so maybe you could have stumbled & not even noticed & that could cause it , or the dogs pulling on the leads , I am sure it will go
Lovely to see you on Positive Friday by the way
Hope the rest of your day is good
Love

Hi whywhy,
Yes I was thinking that perhaps I'd done it walking. I've just got over a shoulder injury. I was hanging the washing out and felt popping sensation just under my shoulder blade.... The pain was horrid... Went down my arm and hand imagine me walking the doggies one handed!!! But I did it.
Winter has done well getting people up and positive it's that sort of feed back we need to boost us all up. Hope your having a good day Hun, spk later hugs xx
