Hope you are all doing well, I have been focusing on some exercise and new work opportunities, the last few days has been a lot better, I cut my citalopram down to 30 mg and it seems to be working better for me.
Sorry I haven't been on here much, but I'm working on my recovery, I will still check in regularly to see you all and offer any advice that I find works for me.

Hi pleased to hear things are getting better for you now. Please post any tips for us all. What sort of excercise are you doing ? I have loads of fatigue very heavy body. Have done alot of laying around daily for 2yrs. I want to do things but body dosent want to follow.
Also whole body tension and very weak arms
Keep up the good work i am very pleased for you. You will get there
Hi bonnie, you should try swimming to start, it really helps as it takes the weight of the tired body, the water will support you, also walking and jog a few feet while walking, bulid up slowly over the weeks or months. I went to my local gym today to get information on signing up,they do concessions for the unemployed. I am also using a bicycle instead of my motorcycle xxx
I have a bike have to get it out. Swim yes have to get in there i am member of local pool as used to go 4 to 5 times a week. Cld do the mile then. Maybe just 2 lenghts now. Lol . My pool opens at 6am and used to be empty. You have given me the go thankyou. LM.
That's the way bonnie, I have found that doing the opposite of what my anxiety tells me to do...regardless of how I feel....is the fastest way to recovery, just take your time and you will start to feel better day by day xxx
Hi LM
This all sounds very positive & I am glad you have found something that seems to be working for you
