Anxiety do away plz

I've felt anxious for the last hour and decided to ignore it. So I played games on fb. I've got the lump feeling in my throat and a foggy head and some sensations. I've even put the lamp on for the night. I am going to try and relax myself with some relaxing music xxx

Thanks all I've got a app on my fone plus I downloaded sum relaxing music. I will have a look and let u know wats it's all called. I have been taking my meds I'm just having sum crisps before I have tonight's else I get heartburn. How r u getting on with them? Xxx

O i did 3 days and stopped have started again tonight. I felt worse. But then still feel bad not having took it. I got my myself into a mode of. If they not do anxiety whats the point of taking tgem and feeling worse.
