Has anyone here heard of Eckhart Tolle? he has a book named 'The Power Of Now', I read this book a year ago and have found an online version that i'm reading again.

This book will help many step out of the anxiety phase, it may help you with uncontrolled thoughts patterns.

It's simple when you get absorbed into what Eckhart means, it's really about arriving at a point where your brain stops thinking and you become the real you, in a world without time, thought or emotion and you are just left with the joy of being you.
