Im still up not gone to bed yet though did have a sleep on sofa earlier as per usual then when I get to bed find it difficult to sleep!

Hi Ash,

I'm still up, watching "King Arthur" (Ioan Gruffudd fix or maybe Clive Owen, I haven't decided which), ordering treats from the Body Shop and generally trying to avoid going to bed even though I'm shattered. My mind seems to run in circles once the lights go out and it has plenty to think about at the moment. Perhaps if I'm tired enough I'll drop off before it has chance go off on one and keep me awake all night. That's the plan anyway!!!!

I wrote a post then left my phone on charge and went to try and sleep in another room, totally forgot I wrote this, think I finally fell asleep 1ish.

I used to love going to sleep...was my favourite time of the day, now it terrifies me. Shame that
