Heart this morning

I'm sat at work. My heart keeps feeling weird, not palpitating per se but I feel like my chest is really tight and I feel like I miss a breath every so often. I don't want to cause a scene at work by demanding to get away to go to hospital but I don't really know what to do :-(

Morning Ashley

Take beep breaths in & out

I dont think its anything serious hun , I think you may be panicking a bit because you are focusing on these feelings

Can you go out & have a break a few minutes & if its not raining , breath in some fresh air & try & get your thoughts together

You have had these feelings before & nothing has happened , try & remind yourself of that

See how you go , but if it gets to bad , you wont be causing a scene if you feel you need to leave , but I really think you are ok & will be on here later saying it past

Have you got your honey yet :)

love

Hi whywhy

I've went and had a few minutes break, hasn't really helped. I've not really had this before where it's ongoing, usually I get something and then it passes in 10 or so. But this has been all morning, I'm blooming terrified :-(

I shall get the honey at lunchtime, what's it called again?

I understand , & I no you will be feeling full of fear & then the more you do the more you will feel it & so on

I think it will pass & think you will be on later & I also think when it gets to the weekend you will be on here asking how many pints you can have & I will say just the 2 ! lol
