Well today as promised is my positive Friday blog so add today 3 things that have made you feel positive or happy during this week
It doesn't even need to be 3. So if you have 1 thing , that's just as good!
To start the ball rolling my 3 things are:
1. I finished my CBT finally!
2.The sunshine has made me happier now that it has cooled down a bit.
3.I bumped into a old friend I had not seen in a while , so it was good to catch up!
