Hello all I've been away for a while but still looking in see whats going on I did have a bad spell a while back but its gone hopefully for a long spell . I've been looking out for a mate whose having a bad time luckily I'm feeling strong enuf to help her at the minute we can't take all the bad away but we do what we can i'le be looking in a bit more now I've remembered my password again and as always I wish you all well on your personal journeys........Mel
