I had a letter saying the will offer me guided self self therapy, but me being impatient have started looking privately.

I have been on the waiting list for 6 months now to see a phycologist & I no the waiting list is long , but will be worth it

I cant afford to pay private , 3 months where ai live is quick to be honest with you , I would be happy with that

But if you really feel you cant wait & can afford it , then private is another way to go

Check & double check though as you are looking around that you are getting good treatment for your money
