Slept but still feel weird but no idea why, have shakes but chossing not to focus on it or it will be worse.

Good on you for trying to focus elsewhere as that caan be hard to do. I always find mornings are the worst and things get better as the day goes on. try ssome deep breathing too, that really helps anxiety. Stay strong, be kind to yourself and always focus to somewhere positive . I always 'go' to a nice warm, sunny beach. xx

Having heart tape today, had to be off meds yesterday and again today and till I get it off tomorrow, got shakes and heart seems weird
